H.E. Mr. Taher Hikmat.
His Excellency Mr. Hikmat held many ministerial portfolios from 1979 to 1994, namely the Ministries of Culture, Transport, Education, Tourism, Antiquities and Media, and was appointed President of the Court of Excellence for two and a half years. He was a member of the National Advisory Council since its inception until its end for a period of six years, a founding member of many civil society associations and a member of a large group of international, legal and cultural institutions, a journalist writer in Al-Rai newspaper and other newspapers and has a large group of lectures and research in Islamic and legal affairs and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the National Center for Human Rights.
